Product Manager for Road Runner offerings at Time Warner Cable. 

 

GSI Commerce (November 2006-December 2007)

Product Manager at GSI Commerce focused on alternative payment methods including PayPal, Google Checkout and Bill Me Later products.

AOL (July 2004-November 2006)

Product Manager in the AOL Premium Services Group responsible for the My eAddress product which enables users to select their own domain name and email address.   

 

GE Mortgage Insurance (June 2003-July 2004)

Business Analyst Contractor. Built and supported partner programs and interfaces with large institutions in the Mortgage Industry as part of the GE Mortgage Insurance e-Connection team. Worked with partners to create functional requirements and test plans to ensure new Internet and Partner products meet the requirements of Customers. 

 

IBM (Summer 2002)

Market Manager Intern on the WebSphere Integration Middleware team.  Developed a segmentation and Route to Market strategy for a new product offering in the Business Integration market.  Worked across the IBM organization to include new offering in the WebSphere portfolio of products.  

 

Friedman Billings Ramsey (December 1999-July 2001)

Analyst in the Technology Corporate Finance Group helping companies focused on Software and Internet Enabling Technology raise capital. Worked with companies such as webMethods(WEBM) for Initial Public Offerings, OTG Software (OTGS) on Secondary Offerings, OPNET(OPNT) on Merger and Acquisitions and Synchrologic on Private Placements.

American Management Systems (July 1996-December 1999)

As a Business Analyst, created requirements and tested a convergent billing system for a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier offering long distance, local telephony and internet services.

 

Previously, worked in Stockholm, Sweden assisting with the implementation of a billing system for Telia, the largest telecommunications and broadband provider in the Nordic region. Part of a team which ensured that the billing system satisfied Telia's business and residential customer requirements.
